The Model for Improvement is a simple yet powerful tool to accelerate improvement. It is used by organisations all over the world.
This model is not intended to replace all other models being used within SESLHD, instead it should be used to help you accelerate your improvement efforts.
The Model can be broken down into two main parts;
The Thinking Part – asks the three fundamental questions; What are we trying to accomplish? How will we know if the change is an improvement? What changes can we make that will lead to an improvement
The Doing Part – is about testing changes on a small scale to see if they result in an improvement.
