Our team will work with your cancer doctor to provide them additional expert advice on your cancer care.

First discuss our clinic with your cancer doctor to see if it suits your needs.

If you decide to use our service, your doctor will need to fill in this referral form.

Our team of experts will then review your information. They may have a meeting with your doctor or they may want you to meet you via telephone, videoconference or face to face.

Our team will then send a report to your cancer doctor with our recommendations for your care and your doctor will discuss these with you.

We might ask you if you would like to be involved in research. Your doctor will also talk with you about this at referral.

We will contact you if you need an appointment. We hold appointments fortnightly on Wednesdays between 12 noon - 4.00 pm. You can attend via videoconference, telephone or face to face. We are located in the Nelune Comprehensive Cancer Centre, Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick.

If we need to meet separately with your cancer doctor, we hold these expert team meetings fortnightly on Tuesdays from 2.00 - 3.00 pm.

To change or cancel an appointment please call (02) 9382 5111.

The service is funded by Medicare and the Medical Research Future Fund so there is currently no cost to patients.

Participation in our research is optional and helps advance precision oncology in Australia. You can find out more about the Precision Care Clinic and Initiative on our website.

Let us know if you need an interpreter and we can arrange one. You can also contact us by telephoning the Translating and Interpreting Service National on 131 450. Tell the operator your language and ask them to call us.
