CT Scanner

We are located on the first floor of the clinical services building. When entering through the Gray St Main Entrance, take the lift to the first floor and follow the signs to the clinical services building, then follow the signs to Nuclear Medicine.

  • Your referral letter
  • Current Medicare card or Veteran Affairs card
  • Any Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card
  • Insurer details (e.g. workers compensation, public liability or third party)
  • Your private health fund membership card if you are currently insured with a private health fund
  • Recent X-rays or medical images and their reports, if applicable
