About our service
Narrangy-Booris is a free Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Child & Family Health Service located in Menai. The service provides health care and support to help you care for your new baby so he or she grows to be healthy, strong and deadly. Aboriginal Health Workers from the Narrangy-Booris team work closely with our Child and Family Health Nurses to care for you and your children from birth to 5 years. The team also includes a speech pathologist, occupational therapist, social worker and a pediatrician who visits fortnightly.

Who can use our service?
Aboriginal mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunties/uncles and carers who’s children identify as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander, are under 5 years of age and live in the Sutherland Shire/St George area. We can see you in your home for your baby health checks, at your local community health centre or a place where you and your child feel culturally safe and comfortable.
