Childhood Vaccinations

• Bring your Medicare card (if you have one)
• Bring your Blue Book (if you have one) (NSW Health 'My Personal Health Record' 
• Bring a copy of your child's immunisation statements (translated into English if required)
  • Free translation services are available at the Department of Home Affairs
• If your child will be receiving Bexsero (free for Aboriginal children or private script for others), it is recommended to give your child paracetamol 30 minutes before their appointment, and another two doses 6 hours apart.
• If would like to bring privately bought vaccines to your appointment, please contact the Public Health Unit, 02 9382 8333 option 2, to discuss with our immunisation staff prior to purchase. You can read more information here.
