What we do

headspace Bondi Junction is a free, confidential service for people aged 12 to 25 years old. Our team supports young people experiencing a tough time, or who are concerned for their mental, physical or sexual wellbeing, or those worried about their drug and alcohol use.

headspace is designed to make it as easy as possible for a young person and their family to get the help they need for problems affecting their wellbeing.*

What to expect

Our team provides:

• Individual and family counselling and other mental health services
• Alcohol and drug counselling, support and information
• Training and employment support
• General health care through our GPs, sexual health and oral health clinic.

Sexual health clinic: a free, drop-in service to Australian citizens aged 12 to 25 years old.
Hours:
Monday 1:00pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Oral health clinic: this service offers free dental screening, cleans and education and can facilitate treatment and ongoing care with offsite services. Available by appointment on the second Thursday of each month between 2:00pm and 4:30pm.

Background Information

*Research shows that 75 per cent of mental health disorders emerge before the age of 25. By treating these issues early and providing a holistic model of support, the risk of them developing into more serious problems, including suicide, is greatly decreased.
