LIFT Program for Emerging Leaders

Overview
The LIFT program offers emerging leaders the opportunity and space to hear from a range of leaders across SESLHD, to see for themselves how leadership impacts on service delivery and to think about ways to lead the improvement of safe, quality, and compassionate care. LIFT for Emerging Leaders offers participants ‘a peek’ into the world of leadership and management, both within and beyond the District.

Leading for Clinician Engagement involves Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM) training and supported participation in a service rationalisation project.
Leading for Community Engagement involves training in the Harwood Institute philosophy of turning outward to the community through community conversations, as the reference point for creating change.
