Mental Health Support

If you or someone you know needs emergency support please call 000.

The 1800 011 511 Mental Health Line is NSW Health's 24/7 statewide phone service which links people with NSW Health mental health services.

All parents/caregivers can speak to our Child and Family Health Nurses at any visit if they need help.

Mother's will be asked some questions about how they are coping at the 6-8 week check. Please note that partner's will be asked to step outside during this chat.
