Calvary Health Care Kogarah

Calvary Health Care provides care to patients living in the following Local Government Council areas: Bayside, Georges River, Sutherland Shire.

Prince of Wales Hospital

Prince of Wales Hospital provides care to patients living in the following Local Government Council areas: Randwick, Waverley, Woollahra.

Palliative Care Services to Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACF)	7 days - 8:30am - 5pm, with telephone support after hours Nursing and other allied health staff provided by Sacred Heart.	Provision of palliative care services to RACF's in the Prince of Wales Hospital catchment area.
Bereavement Service	Provided by Sacred Heart	Social worker from Prince of Wales Hospital for short term bereavement support, working in conjunction with Sacred Heart bereavement service.

Royal Hospital for Women

The Royal Hospital for Women provides care to patients living in the following Local Government Council areas: Randwick, Waverley, Woollahra.
