Child, Youth & Family COVID-19 update
Child, Youth and Family services continue to operate during this latest COVID-19 outbreak. We have made some important changes to keep you, your family and our staff safe.
This means services may be provided in a different way to what you are used to.
- Child & Family Health Nursing continues to offer mainly face-to-face clinic appointments focusing on babies under 6 months old. Older children may be offered either a telehealth or face-to-face appointment depending on individual needs.
- For all other services, most are now provided through telehealth appointments (via telephone or video). Face-to-face appointments are still available when needed and after talking with clinical staff.
- Groups continue virtually (with some limitations depending on the service).
If you have a scheduled appointment, we will be in touch to talk about your options so we can make sure we support you in a COVID safe way.
