Palliative Care

The goal of Palliative Care is to improve your symptoms and help you and your family achieve the best possible quality of life throughout your illness.

It is not just for patients who are dying, it aims to assist anyone with a life-limiting diagnosis.

The Palliative Care Team will discuss your feelings, values and wishes for your own care and are available at any stage of your illness.
