“My role changes every day. I support the HR team at Sutherland and Garrawarra in interpreting awards, policies and procedures, so that we can support workforce initiatives and provide effective advice to managers and staff.

I’m so lucky to work with such a supportive group of people. They’re like-minded and really encouraging, it’s been fantastic working alongside them. Our work can be quite emotionally challenging at times, so it’s been really good to debrief with the rest of the team. I think that’s probably what inspires me to come to work and have a great time.

I’m also a full-time uni student doing a Bachelor of Health Science. Most of my free time is spent studying, so it’s important for me to take some time away from work and uni. I love to read, play netball and I like cooking as well.”
