A Diabetes Nurse Educator is a registered nurse who specialises in looking after people with diabetes.
At Sydney and Sydney Eye Hospital, the Diabetes Nurse Educator will help you:
- learn about your diabetes
- self-manage your diabetes
- provide information about diabetes
The Diabetes Nurse Educator will also provide support for you and your family or carer.
