Incorporating the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, the hospital provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.

One LAN 3 trainee rotation to Wollongong Hospital per term.
Trainees rotating to Wollongong Hospital will be provided with free accommodation and utilities during the rotation.
Notable subspecialties for LAN 3 training purposes includes:
- Breast Imaging; and
- Angiography and Interventional Radiology.
