A gift in-memory

It is often hard to know how to commemorate a family member, friend or colleague who has passed away. A gift to St George Hospital in-memory of a loved one is a wonderful way to show your appreciation for the care and support you and your family received.

Your donation will be used to support the area of greatest need at St George Hospital or you can direct it to a specific unit.

There are many ways to commemorate your loved one.

Organising a collection at a funeral

Many families are choosing to ask friends and family to give a donation to the St George Hospital in lieu of flowers at the funeral of a loved one. Donations can be directed to a specific area or unit of your choosing.

The Community Relations Department can provide donation cards and replied paid envelopes. These can be sent directly to you or to the nominated funeral home. Donations are receipted and the next of kin will be advised the names of those who have donated in memory of your loved one.

To order donation cards, please contact the Community Relations Department on (02) 9113 2901.  Alternatively you can download the donation form here.
