a day that promotes starting a meaningful conversation about our mental health, and recognising the signs that someone may be struggling with life.

Additionally, a livestream broadcast for all SESLHD staff will take place on R U OK? Day – Thursday 8 September, 2022, from 10am-10.30am.   • We are stepping into September with a month-long Steptember Challenge, where staff are encouraged to sign up in teams of 4, and together commit to 10,000 steps a day.  (Refer to Correspondence attached). 
  • The 8th of September marks “R U Ok?” Day, and St. George Hospital is acknowledging this significant day with a variety of activities, aimed at creating connection amongst the organisation, as well as supporting those with a real need for help (Refer to attached SGH “R U OK?” Day Flyer).
  •  The much-awaited Lamrock Committee Annual Trivia Night will take place on the 9th September, 2022 at 6:30pm at St. George Motor Boat Club, Sans Souci.

We have a Memory Book already started that allows Staff to write memories, messages, poems or place pictures/photos of a resident after they pass away.
