Community Diabetes (ComDiab)
Free group education for people affected by Type 2 and Pre Diabetes
The Community Diabetes (ComDiab) program facilitates small group education led by a qualified Registered Nurse for people living with Type 2 diabetes, pre diabetes, their families and carers. We support you with self management, prevention and practical information around healthy eating and physical activity. This is a free service.
By appointment in the Sutherland, St George and Randwick areas.
