Question 1: Are you over 16 years of age?

Question 2: Have you had a stroke or brain injury?

Question 3: If you have received chemotherapy or radiation therapy, has your treatment finished? If this is not relevant to you, please continue the quiz.

Question 4: Do you have one arm that has been affected by your stroke or brain injury?

Question 5: With your affected arm, can you purposefully move your wrist to bend it back slightly (with no help from the other hand)?

Question 6: With your affected arm, can you purposefully open your fingers slightly (with no help from the other hand)?

Question 7: Can you pick up and purposefully let go of a facewasher (or similar) 3 times in 1 minute?

Question 8: Can you manage your own toileting needs without help?

Question 9: If you have arm pain, would you rate it at less than 5/10 on the pain scale below?

Question 10: Are you willing to commit to the full 2 week program?

Question 11: Are you able to arrange transport to and from the clinic each day?

If you answered yes to all of these questions you may be eligible for this program. You will need to be screened at one of our centres. Refer yourself here. 

If you have pain you may like to reconsider the program due to the intensity of therapy that is required. If you are unable to arrange transport this is not something that we can assist with.
