Service and programs

Get Healthy Service 

All older adults living in NSW have access to this free phone and online health coaching. The program can help you to make lifestyle changes by supporting you to:

eat healthy foods
get active and stay active
reduce alcohol
reach and stay at a healthy weight
stay active during and after cancer treatment.

Ask your GP or health professional about a referral to Get Healthy, or join by calling 1300 806 258 or visit www.gethealthynsw.com.au

An interpreter service is available.
In-language health coaches are available for Mandarin speaking people.

An Aboriginal Liaison Officer is available to yarn with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants.
