We empower and support adults and older people to lead a healthy lifestyle. 

Our work focuses on promoting healthy eating, active living, falls prevention, smoking and vaping cessation. We work in partnership with clinical services, primary care, workplaces and the community. 

Eating well, being active and staying connected to family and friends enhances physical health and improves mental health and wellbeing. Staying physically active is important for older adults to maintain strength, balance, independence and reduces the risk of falls.  

Building healthy habits starts with small steps.
