Walking Group
The Positive Walkers is a Heart Foundation walking group which is coordinated through SESLHD, Population and Community Health, and our walks are led by health workers and community members. Our aim is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where you can enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of walking, while connecting with others who share similar experiences.
Walk Details:
- When: Every Tuesday from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM (except public holidays)
- Pace: Low to moderate
- Where: Sydney and the surrounds

WAVES Program
The HIV Outreach Team can support clients to access the WAVES program.
The WAVES program is water-based group exercise classes. Clients are graded according to their ability. Leaders are registered exercise professionals. Classes take place in a supportive environment.
