Dr Paul Hamor - Network Director
Staff Specialist, Respiratory and Sleep Medicine, Prince of Wales Hospital

Paul is a Respiratory & Sleep Physician at Prince of Wales Hospital. and has had a long involvement in prevocational and undergraduate medical education. Paul has interests in the formulation of educational programs, presentation skills, delivering best evidence based-practice to the ward, as well as change methodology. He also a strong advocate for work-life balance and has been looking at the prevention and management of junior doctor burnout and programs to promote resilience.

Adele Roberts - Medical Education Support Officer

Adele has worked at Prince of Wales Hospital for more than six years and is acting MESO in addition to her substantive role of  Assistant to A/Professor Jeffrey Post, the Director of Physician Education. Adele works closely with our Clinical Superintendent, Dr Jemma Cranney in managing the overtime rosters and assists in the organisation of the annual RACP clinical examination held at POWH. In addition Adele manages the ECMN Education Curriculum for the written exam.

Adele works part-time, generally Monday to Wednesday



Dr Jeffrey Post - Director of Physician Education, Prince of Wales Hospital
Senior Physician, Infectious Diseases, Prince of Wales Hospital, Associate Professor UNSW,

Jeffrey is an Infectious Diseases physician and a senior staff specialist at the Prince of Wales Hospital. Jeffrey has an interest in clinical decision making (including diagnostics and antimicrobial therapy), the management of blood borne viruses, and runs clinics at POWH,  The Albion Centre and in Justice Health. He has been involved in the development of clinical guidelines including Therapeutic Guidelines Antibiotic and the Australian Antiretroviral Guidelines. He was previously the Network Director of Physician Training for the East Coast Medical Network and is a member of the Adult Basic Training Committee of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Dr Jemma Cranney - Clinical Superintendent, Prince of Wales Hospital
Staff Specialist Geriatrician, Prince of Wales Hospital

Jemma is a Geriatrician at Prince of Wales Hospital with an interest in peri-operative geriatric medicine and Indigenous aged-care health. She is an ECMN alumnus and completed her geriatric training at several locations in NSW and NT. She was the first geriatric trainee based in the Northern Territory and played a key role in expanding the Orthogeriatric service at Royal Darwin Hospital. Jemma is a conjoint associate lecturer with UNSW and has a strong interest in pastoral care and medical officer well-being throughout all stages of training.  Jemma is the Educational Supervisor for PGY2/BPT1s at Prince of Wales Hospital.
