Sleep & Settling
Settling a baby for sleep can be one of the most challenging aspects of new parenthood. Parents can often benefit from learning about their baby's tired signs, sleep patterns, as well as strategies for responding to their baby.
The Child and Family Health Nursing Service offers a number of ways for parents to access support for sleep and settling.
